Gwent Ear Care aims to be affordably priced to make services more accessible for those who most need it.

With this in mind, I do not charge per ear.

£45 per session

I am a mobile service. I will travel to Pontypool and Cwmbran with no extra charge.

If I have to travel outside of these areas, there will be an additional travel expense worked out at £0.45 per mile. This will be agreed ahead of visit.

This travel charge does not apply if I am running a mass clinic in your locality – to be arranged venues depending.

There are other mobile practitioners in the area and it may be that I will refer you to them as they are nearer to you.

In the event that there is no Ear Wax when I preform the consultation – there will be a flat charge of £15 for my assessment.

In the instance of stubborn, hard wax that cannot be removed on the first visit – payment is needed in full for that consultation.

Providing that you have adequately oiled your wax, you will then not be charged if further visits are needed to deal with the same ear wax episode.

In the event of not oiling your ears when instructed to do so, you will be charged for the initial visit and subsequent follow up appointments at the rate of £45 per visit.
